Q: What is Pass, Fail and Skip?
A: These are the options you're able to assign to your Test Cases during your Run. If you have completed the script and all is well you should select
Pass. We recommend that you still add feedback in the comments box even if you have passed the test as this may be useful. If you have been unable to complete the Test Case you should
mark the test result as a Fail and add any feedback, links to URL's where any errors occurred etc. You should refrain from using the Skip option unless directed
to do so. This will result in a poor dataset being collected at the end of UAT.

Q: What does it mean by "URL where the error occurred"?
A: If you experience an error during your test we ask that you add the URL to the result so that this can be picked up the GradeMaker team and addressed as quickly as possible.
The URL will be in the browser link bar ( usually at the top of the web browser ). You can just copy and paste this in.

Q: I can't remember my login details. How can I reset them?
A: There is a password reset link on the login page. You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot password link.

Q: I can't see any test runs associated to me?
A: If you have been allocated a test run, it will show in your profile. If you are a member of more than one project you'll need to make sure you're in the
project overview for the project the test run was created in. It's good to set your notifications to enable. You'll then receive an email whenever an you have been assigned a test run.

Q: My script doesn't look right. I think I can pass this section but the wording / directions aren't accurate.
A: This may happen on some of the untested workflow's and is all part of UAT. If you let the AQA host know that you can pass this section with a workaround or deviation then add these comments into
the comments box in TestLodge we can then amend future scripts to reflect this.
